Rare unique art glass paperweight! Mouse with cat reflection on the inside, like its chasing him.

To me it looks like a reflection of a black cat chasing the mouse. Either the mouse is imagining it chasing him, it's a mystery. The mouse has an unusual shape. It's Made of clear glass, very well made and has black on the back inside, that's what I came up with. I can't find anything like it. Can't figure out the signature on the bottom. I have had it for quite some time and keep going back to it to try to find some information on it. I found it in a storage locker that had many murano pieces & other pieces of other art but this is a mystery. Maybe someone can help me identify this piece.
