Movie memorabilia has long appealed to collectors, especially items related to iconic stars or huge (or cult) hit titles. Two items worth mentioning in particular are promotional movie posters, prized because most were destroyed in the process of use by multiple theatres, and promotional lobby signs or cards, which theatres got to keep and are therefore in more plentiful supply.
