Founded in 1870 in Springfield, Illinois, the Illinois Watch Company sold a variety of different watches, with series names like the 'Stuart,' the 'Key Wind,' and the 'Bunn Special,' all of which are collectible today. The company was bought by Hamilton in the 1920's, but continued to make wristwatches under the Illinois name.
