 Wednesday February 10.
* 12:00 pm Hospitality Room Opens
* All Day: Room to Room Trading!

Thursday February 11.
* All Day: Hospitality Room
* 10:00-11:00 am: Table set up as soon as the tables are delivered. (Hosted by Richbrau and Rusty Bunch Chapters but ALL are invited and encouraged to help!) Please, do NOT just take a table to set it up for yourself.
* Tables are ONLY for registered participants staying in other hotels as well as those staying in the ODD numbered rooms in the back section of the Ramada Inn (301 to 341, 401 to 441) NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Brewery Tour: Richmond, VA. Leaves hotel apx 9:45 am. The tour will visit several Richmond area breweries, and will end with a restaurant/pub crawl. Back to the hotel by 6:00 pm.
* 8:00 pm: Back Bar Display Opens!
* All Day: Room to Room Trading!

Friday February 12.
* Trade Tables Available: ONLY for registered participants staying in other hotels as well as those staying in the ODD numbered rooms in the back section of the Ramada Inn (301 to 341, 401 to 441) NO EXCEPTIONS.
* 9:30 am: NABA Board meeting.
* All Day : Hospitality Room
* 9 am to Midnight: Backbar Display
* All Day: Room to Room Trading!

Saturday February 13.
* Trade Floor Open To All (Except Dealer Inside Room Occupants)
* 9:00 am: full bottle trade in Banquet Room. Please bring some fresh micro brewery beer from your area to trade. Minimum-one six pack, Maximum-one case. (MUST be 21 or older!)
* 9:00 am Deadline for submitting Back Bar Display Best of Show Contest votes.
* 11:00 am: Backbar Display Participant photos.
* 11:30 am: Backbar Display awards!
* All Day: Hospitality Room
* 8 am to 4 pm: Back Bar Display
* 1:00 pm? - Wine Goddess Chapter Wine Tasting: Details TBA
*7 pm Banquet - buffet dinner with guest speakers: Bruce Doelling from The Ball Corporation and Rob Leonard from The New England Brewing Co.
* 9:30 pm (apx) Table takedown

Sunday February 14.
* Start the count down until the next Blue-Gray!
