Other information:
As vintage jewellery soars in popularity, we begin to wonder who designed these amazing pieces. Join Carole Tanenbaum as she investigates three of her favourite designers: Henry Schreiner (American), Coppola e Toppo (Italian design team for Pucci), and William Hobe (French but American based). Although all are incredibly creative, there is very little information available about them and their work. Explore their remarkably different styles and marvel at the originality of their highly collectible jewellery made from the 1930s to the 60s.
If you own pieces by any of these designers, please wear them and share them!
Carole Tanenbaum is generously offering a piece of William Hobe jewellery as a door prize to be given away at her May 9 talk.
This event is a seminar or lecture and expects 21-100 people.
