Found in a old barn here in TN years ago. Very heavy large rope pulley. Must weigh 45lb or better. Swing's open at the top.... I haven't seen one like this, have U?

    we use these on the wharf when we have to put new cable on the boat the father away it is the better it goes on the durm so we make it go across the yard a few times so these come in handy because u just have to open it up and put it in not feed it throw

    That's looks almost identical like the one I have. I found it at an estate sale, its about 30 lbs and 2 ft to the top of the hook. Do you know any history behind yours?
