The other day when I was in school my mom bought me these two bluebirds of happiness from a antique store and I really love them and they are a great addition to my other bluebirds and Amberrose got my mom started on the bluebirds of happiness so i'm going to continue the tradition of collecting bluebirds of happiness because they make me happy !!!!!!

When I saw your post I remembered seeing this style of bluebirds of some type around my house. I located it, and is two bluebirds sitting close together (touching) on a blue heart. The birds, beak to end of tail are 3.65 inches long and approximately 2.28 inches high. The heart base is 3.54 inches long, 3.51 inches wide at the widest point and about .77 inches thick. The bottom of the heart has a half circle sticker, (worn in spots) but says, BLUEBIRD OF HAPPINESS, MADE IN U.S.A. TERRA STUDIOS (510) 643-3185. Underneath, it is signed, Leo Ward 1995.
I haven't the faintest clue where I acquired this, but I would be happy to add it to your collection. If you click on pw-collector, and send me an email (click on pw-collector and you should see the address) and tell me where to send it, I will put it in the mail to you. Collecting is very fun and educational if you do the research. I love to see young people interested in collecting. Just remember, you are just a caretaker of the items you collect and later in life you can pass them down and the history for others to enjoy and care for.

THANK YOU! pw_collector. You just reminded me I had a pair of these I purchased this summer for a quarter. Mine are from 1990 and they are sitting on a heart same company and signature. I just dug them out of that yard sale purchase and stuck them in front of my computer. I have way too much stuff and I get too lazy to put it up for sale. I like your birds. They are a lot like mine and super pretty.
