    Vintage speedometer that operates counter clockwise. I found it in my dad's garage while preparing for an estate sale. I figure it is from a vintage car.

      Cool vintage "Tachometer" cable driven. Don't know the date of origin or what it came off.

      If I would guess, thinking truck more likely.

      That is a reverse mechanical tachometer. Never seen one in a car more often a truck. Probably pre 1950's.

      I should have added that it was probably attached to a diesel powered engine, not gas.
