    Scott here is the King medal as it is listed in the new book on Wisconsin medals. The ribbon on your B&W photo looks like the King medal 's ribbon to me. This way everyone can see and compare.

      That is the medal that I found-- I don't see a match at all.

      The ribbon in the photo doesn't even appear to be symmetrical and has 5 X sections of what appear to be white (or yellow: light color).

      Maybe the guy in the photo got the "Franken" version!
