It is 10 inches long and very heavy. I have done research and cannot find anything on this object. Help.

We have a large piece of jade Our's is greener.But the further away the rock jade from the heart of the vein will be a little lighter.Also depends on the area its from.This is not my expertise.I will have to take pic of our jade and show you the piece we have.I do like it though.
