I picked up this item at a rummage sale and neither the seller nor I know what it is..So, I'm hoping someone here may be able to enlighten me..It has no markings on it at all..I took it to a leather shop, they didn't know..sent picture to a cigar maker..they didn't know either..Any guesses?

I think my grandfather had one of these. Did you get this from an old farm? Are the edges sharp or do thing think they were on the leaf shaped piece?
James, I got these at a thrift store..the edges do appear like they were sharp at one time on both edges..I still hold out hope someone knows what they are!!
You may not like what you hear. I believe they are a castration tool for young animals.
