    I found these owls some time ago. Simple, cast iron, bookends. Haven't been able to find any information about them. Does anyone recognize the style?

      Are you sure they are bookends? They look like something used in front of a Fireplace...andirons maybe, which would explain their state. RER(BOB)

      No. They are bookends, not andirons. The photo doesn't show the colors much. Lot's of different colors, green, copper, browns, and black.

      Thanks PhilD the owls are approximately 3" by 5". I no longer have them. I gave them to my daughter who loves owl. They are are the same owls as flickeflu.
