These are a Fabulous Pair of Spanish Georgian Paste earrings circa 1800’s.
The earrings consists of three ornate paste set stones that have been set in sliver cut down settings. The earrings measure 7.5 cm by 2.3 cm in diameter (not including hook) and weigh in total 12 g. There are (modern) silver wire hooks on the earrings. The earrings are in good overall condition considering their age.
In need your advise please let me know:
Are these earrings worth it to gold hooks (in appropriate time frame) to be made?
I have also attached a picture of my earlier published silver paste brooch which is in my opinion a good match.

Echt prachtig! I m sure they are great to wear. Golden earwires are not that expensive. I m sure they would improve the value of these earrings

Newtimes, I'm glad you agree and indeed they would improve the value of these earrings. I have an urgent need for a party to wear them and the brooch. But I just had surgery so that will have to wait.
