F E Myers brass bucket pump with sprayer

I have had this for a while. I found it in the basement of a restaurant I worked at when we all went to clean it up (along with unused Bobby Orr hockey skates). So far, I've only been able to find out what the name of it is via someone else's ebay listing for a F E Myers catalog. Does anyone know anything else about this item or type of item? Its in remarkably good shape and I can hear air come through the sprayer when I pump it. Just looking for more info! :)
