    Purchased this wood GE Radio at a garage sale as a non working item and to my delight I remove the back panel wiggle the wires a little and press on the tubes plug it in and it turned on and works, just need some help dating and finding out model number any info will be a appreciated.

      Please be very careful, as some of these units can have a hot chassis depending on how the plug is inverted in the wall outlet. Meaning all the metal parts could electrocute you, allow time for capacitors to discharge even after unplugging, best to identify it before ever powering it on again.

      This looks very much like the C100, C101, C103, C105, Made in Canada around 1946-49. At least that would give you a starting point. To narrow it down.
