English Breakfast Style: cucumber sandwiches, radish sandwiches, tomato, sandwiches, lettuce, sandwiches...using various types of toasts with the crusts cut off, and cookie cutters to shape the various sanwiches.
Earl Grey Style: mini crepe w/ smoked salmon & caviar, mini melon balls & prosciutto, various stuffed olives, various cheeses...the haute cuisine approach.
What do you think so far?

I really would too. I just posted some cutters for you to keep your eyes open for, if you don't already have them. They will make you simple foods POP with appeal, being only pics...the taste isn't as important as the presentation. Check out Charlie Trotter's Appetizers. It's part of the Charlie Trotter Book collection. He was my idol when I was going to culinary school & a Saucier many moons ago! =)
