      Swiss watch. Late 19th century piece.

      Remontoir means nothing more than stemwinding. Before that watches should be wound with a key.
      If you have a clear picture of the movement, maybe we can help you identify your watch.
      The movement is accessible by opening the cover on which the word "remontoir" is written.

      The "onion" crown and "metal" case suggest early 20th century to me; maybe 1910 or so?
