These unusual shakers are called Fish Pond and were produced by Harrach. They came in a number of colors but these have the addition of the streaky white running through the body of the shakers. The enameling is very high relief giving it a three dimensional look. Fish Pond shaker are rare and highly desirable!

Yes, it appears to be similar. Also for what ever its worth, these pieces were also produced in just clear glass colors like blue, cranberry, and clear.
