This was my father's toy. He recently passed and it became mine. I know very little about the toy. The bottom of the car says "Made in China" otherwise I can find no identifying marks or labels on either item. The truck and trailer are manufactured as one unit. The rubber tires are original and in very good shape. There is a big "W" painted in yellow on the front hood ornament area of the truck. The front and rear windows on the car are original, intact and very clear. The friction motor in the car is fully functional.

I am curious about its origin and its value.

The red & white car is an Isetta made by Bandai. Are you sure it doesn't say Made in Japan on the bottom?

Not sure about the truck, Wyandotte come to mind but I don't remember ever seeing one like that. Are you in the USA?

Yes, the car does say "Japan", I must have typed china by default. The truck does have a big "W" on the front of the hood. So Wyandotte may be accurate. Any way to check into the value etc of these items. Perhaps you could point me to a website or two? Thanks!!!

The Isetta, you can search ebay "Completed" auction for a price. The truck, I don't know where to look, I've searched some of my US reference and couldn't find anything. I'm pretty sure is not Wyandotte, maybe foreign made.

Did you check the tires for any markings?
