      Welcome to CW!
      It is not a Cadillac, that's an emblem from a real car. The rear bumpers, padded seat, wheels, steering wheel and the windshield are not original. It's also been painted.
      It is a Murray T-Bird.

      If you like, it's just fine the way it is. Cost of restoring to original would probably cost more than it's value.
