Satin finish with open lattice work around the top... It's really cute! I googled it just before posting and evidently this was a popular pattern cause it's everywhere...lol... Ebay has hundreds for sale right now! And in all different colors... Oh well, it's not "rare." This one came to us from my wife's mother so it's special if not rare...lol...
