    The secession ornaments mate extremely well with this green tints; Most probably this is mid-century, nevertheless it looks like an Art Deco piece. Great!

    I think this is absolutely no later than 1940 and probably older - the pewter looks very much like a lot of other things from the 1920's, but I'm no expert... Dragsted is well-known company founded in 1854. Their main product was silver objects, but 1922-1926 a considerable part of their production was pewter - maybe that's when your decanter was adorned with pewter? I think the name was Einar Dragsted, not Ernst (at least that is what various Danish encyclopedias have...)
