Hi does she have a mark on back of neck ? She is made of compostion from 30's to 40's . She looks a lot like Horseman baby Dimples . Can you check her back and back also for raised letters . She is likey not her but is a character face doll. Not just a baby face . Tell me what letters you see ok

Because she is unmarked makes it hard to ID her maker But I would say USA made . I will say her smiling face is more sought after than a plain doll face, however in light of the damage to her and some repainting to lips her value in todays market very low . The cost to restore her would be counter productive since it would cost more than you would get for her . I don't like giving prices and we don't do appraisals on this site but I can say she is under $ 50 . A doll restorer may buy her but would not pay much as it is alot of work and expense in all the items you need to fix her . Dampness is the enemy of these composition dolls causing cracking ,paints chipping off . Some survive with little crazing no cracks others did not fair so well as yours did not . She is very cute and would be precious restored . She does not have her original clothes which collectors like and it could have been who made her was on a wrist tag or label in her dress. I will try to send a link to one similar to yours if I find one :- )
