Don't know the date on this one but a couple a people have told me it's real old for the fact is has 2 blades, any body out there know for sure?

It's definitely not "real old" just because it only has 2 blades. My guess at a glance is '50s at the earliest. Is there any manufacturers name on the motor or anything else anywhere on the fan?

It is a Victor, made in the 1940s. The company was out of business by 1950.
