Just arrived today from the UK this beauty stands 15 1/4 " tall .
It has very detailed high quality painting far superior to the majority of enamaled vases of this period .
I think it was made by Harrach ....... well at least I hope so : ) .
.... too big for my display case ... I will have to do some juggling to fit it in some place .

    Unsolved Mystery

Can you please post a picture of the bottom (underside) so we can see how it is constructed? It may help ID the vase ...

While this is admittedly not my strongest area, my initial thought is English ... possibly French.

Rationale: The color palette, subject matter, and technique seems to lean towards an English style in my opinion. In particular, Thomas Webb & Sons have been known to make similarly decorated vases. French opaline tends to have a ground pontil mark, but as with anything, there are exceptions. I also tend to view French enameling as a little more delicately applied; again, not a 100% rule.

This does not mean it cannot be Czech / Bohemian in origin, but the lack of acid stamp, enamel markings, or other more classical identifying characteristics makes me think it is less likely. Of course, my having stated my viewpoint makes what I believe to be the less likely option become more likely :)

Hi JayHow me too ... there are a lot that are quickly painted suppose because they got paid by how many they did in a day.

20thC I still think Bohemian and possibly Harrach there are examples in Harrach book that have similarities though I know the Brits did copy the Bohemians :) and visa versa.
