This is a printed military postal card (2.Kreigs Postkarte) for the WHW.
"Winterhilfswerk" - (Winter Relief Fund)
It is addressed to my grandfather with a typewritten message on the reverse from his doctor. The printed stamp image is a semi-postal but I can find no reference to either image in my catalog. (Semi-postals are postage values with surcharge added for cultural donation and denoted by a "B" # in the Scott Catalogs.)
TOPIC - "Kampfen, Arbeiten, Opfern" - (Struggle, Work, Sacrifice)
-- Image of steelworker, soldier, and WHW donation container
POSTAGE - image as Scott# _?_ - "Sword and Hammer"
