Great period snap shot of a young US MARINE wearing a camouflage jacket amd O.D. green pants. Drinking a Schlitz beer, this Marine sure us enjoying his time off the front line.
This original photo measures 3" X 4"......unfortunately this US Marine is unidentified......great WWII photo just picked up online.....

combination of the camo and straight green would imply Vietnam era, the USMC "utilities" state side were OD greens, while in contry camo"s were issue. Around 1975-76 USMC went to issue camo's all around

This photo came in a lot of WWII era photos...also shows this same Marine ckearly in a WWII USMC GREENS dress uniform with 2nd Marine shoulder patch, also wearing WWII Campaign ribbons.
Your input is appreciated, however I disagree with about this being a Vietnam era uniform and photo....
