A friend of ours that did extensive traveling with the Air Force gave this to us prior to one of his most recent moves. It is very heavy, thus preventing us from hanging it up in our house. It has sat in a closet. We took it out recently and are interested in finding out some information on it. Our friend said it was an antique wall phone/radio combination. The phone portion says Kellogg, prior posts directed me to figure out that it is dated 1914. The radio has information that says "Olympic Radio and Television" and the model is 404. I cannot find anything about this item anywhere. Was it sold like this? Did someone make it like this? The bell seems to work but I doubt the radio does =)

What you have is a wall phone manufactured by Western Electric Co. type 1317. The year is about right 1913. The radio was added my someone later on, not original to the phone. Converting a phone to a radio or rotary dial in the battery compartment was quite common during the 1960's and 1970's. I have run across several wall phones that at one time the original transmitter has been replaced with a Kellogg.

Thank you so much! I do not know what to do with it at this point- do these hold any value at all or should I just put it back in the closet? I think it is really cool looking- I just wish I had somewhere in my house where it would work.

The wall phone does have value, but the conversion to a radio doesn't help the value.
Someone had drilled two holes in the side to add the radio knobs. you can remove the radio, but you still have the holes left on the side. you could use oak wood dowel's to plug the holes. Overall it's a nice looking phone to hang on the wall.

You'll probably have to sell it to a dealer I would guess $75-$100. Would be more if not for the radio. I see all kinds of prices on these so maybe you could get more. Perhaps you could find a store that sells on consignment.
