Hi,
This is one of a pair saved from a tip, i posted the other one a few days ago.
Theres a better picture of the signature on the other one & link to it below.
I was told this one depicts a Japanese firefly gathering festival but don't know the other one.
Both date to c.1900.
If anyone has Anymore info I'd love to know.

    This piece is Japanese. Some Japanese characters are the same as in Chinese. It says 'Wah Shang Loon' (Loon (meaning dragon) is the red colour stamp). Most likely the artist name. Sorry I cannot be more helpful!
