Got this at an estate sale and was mounted between two pieces of glass in a dry rotted broken up frame, taped together. Being matted and locked between glass the colors are very strong and has paint bleed through on back of a thicker type paper, will stand up straight if leaned on a wall. You can see it's done in blocks because of layers of colors and creases of blocks on edges. Can anyone read these scripts or artist marks? Thanks for looking. Love children art.

Reminds me of Charlie Brown and The Peanut's cartoon characters. Japanese artist Yoshiteru Otani style but no one talking? Can't find his signature.

Artist Kiyohara Hitoshi (1896-1956) and published by Kato Junji in the 1940s. The title is "Three Young Girls on Children's Day".
