    Dutch's, english and many others made copys from chinese and japanese ceramics for long time.
    Early copies are from 1600 and 1700 century, Asian(east-india trade) theme was very popular then. European factories made copies from chinese and chinese made copies of european tableware by the order.

    All my Emails are taking me to ones I have seen not that I mind seeing them again but I'm still trying to catch up I still love the bowl I always have been partial to oriental items keep it coming & have a safe & good day.
