The cucokoo clock was purchase when my grandmother was in Germany from 1894-1896. I'm open to finding out whatever information is available. It needs another ivory minute hand and that might be hard to find. Also, I have no idea on value. I haven't seen others like it.

      What are the measurements? Dave

Also open the back and see if there is a name on the back of clock works, sometimes its stamped. Thanks, Dave

Dave, I never thought to see what might be stamped on the works--Thank you.
I can't check it right now because everything is in storage. But, I believe it fit in a 42-inch box. I took all my pictures the first of this year when everything was still in their original positions.

I had a similar clock sell at auction last year for $375, it was in 100% working condition.

No doubt Blackforest, but attach a maker to that and it can be worth a lot more. I haven't heard back if she found a name stamped on the back of works. Dave

Tamia, thank you for your kind words, and it did come from Germany.

Dizzydave and Toyman, the clock works fine. I need to find an ivory minute hand. At this time, I can't look for a stamp or take a picture with the bird out because the clock is in storage. It might take me a while. You've given some good pointers and a good start for researching. Thank you.
