Thank you, pops52, and I'm wondering about the origin of it; who made it, is it a one of a kind? Was it presented to Billy Mills? Thanks

"Running Strong For American Indian Youth" is a youth organization. You have a 40 year anniversary commemorative belt buckle - Year of issue 2004

Its definitely not one of a kind - a simple search and you would see there are about fifty of them available on ebay.
