The information on the back indicates that this photograph was copied and enlarged-- typical for the late 19th century.

Thank you, Scott, glad to be here. I have around 50 antique photos. I strictly collect those that are connected to Lansing, Michigan, our capital city.
When you say it was copied and enlarged, what was it enlarged from? A CDV?

Your cabinet card was used to make a larger copy-- see notations on eye color and frame type and size as well.
