Here are another 4 oil lamps. I know the shades are not original to the lamps but I like them so I will put them on from time to time.
The lamp on the right is one of my favorite lamps!

I'm not into collecting European Lamp but 1 and 3 are quite nice. I do love the Blue bases on those N. American ones. You have been collecting lamps for quite a while, I can see. BOB

Ive been collecting oil lamps for 20 years or so. I dont specifically search for them. Im a collector of victorian art glass shakers and condiment sets first. I run into them in my travels and if the price is right, I buy.
I guess in total I have close to 40 lamps now.

The opaque mottled blue (photo 4) is also my favorite and the Cranberry shade is quite special. BOB

And if you look at the burner it is quite unusual. It has 3 hooked prongs and a set screw on the one to hold the shade.

Yes indeed, I did notice that shade holder....is it part of the burner or affixed to it by clips? BOB

Its like 3 long prongs that are hooked on the end. One of the prongs has a set screw to tighten the shade in place. The shade rests on those hooked prongs. The chimney is flaired at the bottom and hooks into the burner with a set screw if that makes sense. I have two of those burners and they are real hard to find!
