This belonged to my Dad who was born in 1917 in WV. On the label it says,,ABC ADJUSTABLE CAR. Adjusts to three sizes. [not sure if this co. name is correct as it is worn.] Mclamin & co. Chicago. Ill. patented July 1st 1919. I believe that his sister painted the wheels at some point in time as she had it in her home for a few years.
