    Here's another one i found at the monthly alameda flea market. The seller thought that this one was also an 18th century piece from korea. the inside of the bowl was really dirty and after cleaning it, i realized that there is an unglazed ring in the bottom of the bowl. i wonder if that is significant. i'd love to learn about the mark on the bottom as well.

      Are those tiny holes or just black marks on the surface.

      hi walksoftly. there are no holes in the piece, so i guess those are just pinholes in the glaze.

      chinese export porcelain in 19c, not bad, but not from a reputable kiln.
