    Was just wondering if someone out there may know what this is.. it measures 28" high and 3" wide across the base, the base does unscrew from the top, this is heavy cast iron coated with a white porcelain much like what is on early antique signs, does have a place to bolt down on the bottom ring, almost looks like a horse tie down or something similar perhaps for a boat... if you have any ideas or info it would be greatly appreciated thanks so much

      You display this upside down. It's a leg for a porcelain sink.
