This is a hand carved or whittled man figure. I acquired it as is from an estate sale of an avid collector. I believe it could have been attached to a stick and used as a dancing toy. Anyone know if I am correct?
its folk art no handle for yours but some pieces did like the black Americana the dancing minstrel some had handles and others had a paddle to move them around.
