This is a rare and hard to find pair of bookends made by Sculptors Metal Guild A (Star) Comet Products. Each has a reclining nude woman in Art Deco fashion. The thin spelter or pot metal is coated in copper patina tone finish. They measure 5 3/4" tall and 4 3/4" wide. Thanks for looking at all my listings. These were also made in a bronze finish but the copper set are rare. The felt on the bottoms have been replaced. They remind me of Henri Lalic sculptures.
