Tested under blacklight this footed , cylindrical canary yellow piece looks as though it has a thousand eyes! Its roughly 61/4 inches high and has very little wear...I really like it...

    this is Richards and Hartley #25 Three Panel, c.1885; from the height given it is likely a celery vase. Just a bit similar to Thousand Eye but this pattern has tiny daisy-like flowers on each "eye".

    This isn't the celery vase. Looks like the sugar missing its lid. The celery vase in this pattern is just about 7" tall and has a scalloped edge and is pinched inward or flared by being hand tooled. This is the celery vase:
