Chrysanthemum Sprig was produced by Northwood, late 1800s. Produced in both custard and the Blue Opaque, often call Blue Custard which is really not accurate. Once a very sought after pattern and color but not a popular today.
This is a typical 4 piece table set which includes a sugar, creamer, spooner, and butter dish.
It has the Northwood script signature marking on the bottom.

Wow, they are in wonderful condition and I prefer this color over the Custard for them. RER(BOB)

So do I, it was a very popular color by collectors back in the day. The picture does not do its justice but took it with my phone rather than a camera.
