    OK!! IWhat is his purpose? Is he a pipe holder?
    No idea! Just a cute cheeky face.
    His head comes off and his collar.
    He is carved and I love him.His eyes are porcelain & I picked him up from a deceased estate.
    Any helpers on his age or use!
