Hello, Bought these as no one else bid. Well made, possibly Chinese, only a few inches long. metal one is cloisonne, very well decorated! I do not know if people collect these, but would be good for a party with little girls and there dolls! toracat

They are, I think they are cloisonne? I still am also surprised every time I study them as they seem to shine like gold! Metal bottoms? Do not understand? Thanks!
