This old stove takes nine logs and some pine scraps to get it roaring fast. Its a good place to cook baked potatoes and grilled ham & cheese sandwiches. We put the food on the bricks after it cooks.

Nice air tight stove. When the power goes out you can keep warm and cook. We use to keep a kettle of water on ours also to put moisture back in the air.

      Dear Ron,
I saw your post about glassware. Do you know about this Wheaton or replica Wheaton?

I am curious Ron what you may have gotten this stove for price wise. I currently have this exact stove in my home and I am looking to part with it. Wondering how much I should post it at.

      Thank you,
      Alex

I have this exact Berkshire Wood stove and im having problems getting info on this stove for clearance with my insurance company. I was wondering if either Ron or Indianguy could tell me the model # and information on this wood stove, or post a pic. Of the ID. Tag on the left lower side of the stove that you guys have on yours.

I have this same wood stove and have been looking to find another one for over a year. Can you tell me how old your woodstove is because I don’t have any way of determining the age. I agree that it is an amazing wood stove.

      Hello! @RonM @KAugier

I'm curious about this stove! I have one here in my house and have trouble sourcing information. Would either of you have the kindness to share what you know?
