I have searched everywhere trying to identify the artist of this unusual pencil sketch for some time now. I would so much appreciate any leads - it's driving me nuts! :) At first I thought it was the Grimm Reaper - but if the title is Mujer.. Or isn't it... Can anyone decipher this? THANK YOU

It looks like "Mayes" - the name Mayes means 'servant of Matthew' in Hebrew.
The artists name is to the right of that but I can't make it out

the name of the drawing/print is something like 'muerto' and the name of the artist is something or other Carter. reminds me of La Llorona!

not pencil, its a etching. you can see the plate lines around edges
