Most of these books I pick up at thrift stores. The first is about the race between Harvey Gantt, a local black politician, and the mighty Jesse Helms. It was inscribed and signed by the author. I thought it would be cool if I could get Mr. Gantt to sign it for my Black History collection. His secretary took it to him to sign for me and like a true politician signed and inscribed it to the other man !
The other two are for the collection also.
