I have posted these for ATTWOOD as they are very similar? Mine are also some type of resin and are 15 inches tall. I have no idea where they were made.
I just thought you might like to compare them. :)

    Hi Elaine, these are somewhat standard poses and can be found in sizes up to 20 inches, maybe larger. The lady is sometimes found with a crane or parasol. They are very likely from Italy, the higher quality figures usually are. Action Industries, Cheswick, PA, now closed, imported similar figures from Italy around 1960 on, but the Italian maker is not identified. Wony Ltd. of Italy also made this type of cast resin art, haven't been able to find anything else on this maker. There are several different styles and vases with black bases and Asian-like marks (but not Asian) that I believe, but can't prove, were made in Italy. Regards, Jim
