Ell, Very nice Cumberland Telephone sign, I have one you just looked at it's a Mutual Telephone Company booth sign.
It's an 11 by 11 like yours. The only real visible rust is surface on the very edges of the sign. Nothing marring its overall surface.
All it says is The Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Co.Of Balto.City American Telephone & Telegraph Co.
