This was found at an estate sale. I tried to find one on line real similar, but found none really. The airplane on it looks more simple and not a jet airliner like some had. This one looks like it has two propellers on it. Mostly I would like to find out the age of it? I'm thinking maybe early 60's.

    56" long,
    Bottom: No. 14

Yes, these are 1960's - the company closed in the 1970's

The plane on the sled may be modeled after the Boeing 314 flying boat, built in 1938 for Pan Am to fly the rich on long trans oceanic flights. The "Yankee Clipper" flew across the Atlantic on a route from Southampton to Port Washington, New York at a cost of $675 return.

Took it out in early Feb. 2014 when we had our Polar blast and it worked great. Two people can get on it compared to the smaller, newer ones. Thanks for your comments.
